The video explores the concept of self-awareness and the nature of identity through meditation. It begins by questioning the essence of “me” and suggests that our sense of self is merely a small part of a larger awareness 00:30. The narrator emphasizes that life consists of a continuous flow of experiences, which are observed by a constant, unchanging awareness 01:49.
As thoughts and feelings arise, they create an illusion of a separate self, but upon closer examination, this “me” dissolves, revealing that we are not our thoughts or emotions; rather, we are the awareness that witnesses them 03:17. The video encourages viewers to shift their focus from identifying with thoughts to recognizing their true nature as pure awareness 06:30.
The narrator explains that the mind generates an ongoing narrative that can trap us in a false sense of identity. By questioning who the mind is speaking to, one can uncover that there is no separate entity behind these thoughts; instead, it is simply mental activity occurring within awareness 08:25.
Ultimately, the video advocates for integrating this understanding into daily life, allowing individuals to experience freedom from the illusion of a separate self and embrace their authentic nature as silent witnesses to existence.
“Apathy and depression are the prices we pay for having settled for and bought into our smallness. It’s what we get for having played the victim and allowed ourselves to be programmed. It’s the price we pay for having bought into negativity. It’s what results from resisting the part of ourselves that is loving, courageous, and great. It results from allowing ourselves to be invalidated by ourselves or others; it is the consequence of holding ourselves in a negative context. In reality, it is only a definition of ourselves that we have unwittingly allowed to happen.
The way out is to become more conscious. What does it mean, “to become more conscious”? To begin with, becoming more conscious means to start looking for the truth for ourselves, instead of blindly allowing ourselves to be programmed, whether from without or by an inner voice within the mind, which seeks to diminish and invalidate, focusing on all that is weak and helpless. To get out of it, we have to accept the responsibility that we have bought into the negativity and have been willing to believe it. The way out of this, then, is to start questioning everything. ”
Introducing a deeper and practical understanding of Universal Love to business people can be approached by focusing on aspects that relate to inner experience, understanding, and improved functioning, and by using language that resonates in a business context. Here are some ways to frame these ideas:
Love as a Dimension of Reality: Universal Love is the fundamental dimension of reality, a boundless ocean of sweetness, softness, and goodness. Way more than an emotional concept, but the reality of consciousness.
You could introduce this as a perspective that can bring clarity and a new understanding of the nature of reality. You might say this is a different way of perceiving the “playing field,” which could give a business person a competitive advantage by helping them see opportunities others might miss.
Beyond the Individual: Beyond the idea of love as a personal emotion. Universal Love is a boundless dimension that transcends individual experience.
You could frame this as a way to move beyond the limitations of a purely individualistic or competitive mindset, to tap into a more universal source of creativity and insight.
Obstacles to Love: Key obstacles to experiencing Universal Love, such as the “belief in being a separate self”. In a business context, this could be translated to: “We often operate from a place of seeing ourselves as separate from our colleagues, our customers, or even our goals. This can lead to limited thinking and conflict.”
Also, attachments (positive and negative) are substitutes for Universal Love. Business people are accustomed to thinking in terms of “assets” and “liabilities,” and this might be a useful way to connect with this concept.
The Ego Principle: The terms “me-thought”, “me-belief”, “me-feeling”, “me-virus” can help to describe the erroneous identification with being a limited, separate individual. This concept can be framed as the “internal operating system” that can be upgraded or enhanced.
The Importance of Understanding: It is not about forcing change, but about understanding. We don’t need to struggle to change the movie, but we can effortlessly understand the me-chanism that creates separation and limitation.
This focus on understanding, rather than forcing change, aligns with a business approach that values analysis and strategic thinking. You might say, “Before trying to change a problem, we need to deeply understand its root causes. The approach we’re exploring will help you do that.”
Love as a Source of Generosity and Service: The loving dimension of our true nature is also the essence of generosity, selfless giving, and service.
You might say that this kind of love can be a basis for building strong and successful teams, as it helps you move beyond the self-centeredness that so often leads to conflict and poor performance in the business environment.
Love and Leadership: Love is not a weakness but a source of divine strength and a divine power. This can be reframed as the qualities of a truly effective leader: When we are free from our own insecurities and ego, we are able to see and serve the needs of our colleagues.
Direct Experience: The emphasize is on actual experience, not just ideas. This approach can be positioned as a way to move beyond theory and into practical application. You might say, “These are not just abstract ideas; we can actually experience these different dimensions of consciousness. When we do, it has a transformative impact on our lives.”
Benefits of experiencing Universal Love
◦ Enhanced Creativity and Innovation: By reducing the attachment to ideas and strategies, you can open to new insights and solutions to problems in the business environment.
◦ Improved Communication and Collaboration: By understanding that everyone is interconnected, you can begin to foster environments of greater understanding and teamwork.
◦ Reduced Conflict: By realizing that the me-virus often leads to competition and disharmony, you can start to approach situations with a focus on connection and cooperation.
◦ Increased Resilience: By allowing Universal Love you can cultivate an inner sense of peace and well-being which can help you navigate challenges with greater calm and clarity.
Universal Love is not a sentimental idea. It is, rather, a profound understanding of consciousness and reality with practical applications for achieving greater clarity, understanding, and ultimately, success, in the business world.

“Being a freelancer means you get all the downsides of running a business without the upside of scalability, and all the downsides of having a job without the security. You’re essentially taking on the worst of both worlds.”

Domes
“The video showcases an innovative approach to home building in Nevada City, California, where the world’s first ceramic dome is being constructed. The creators aim to develop the ‘best and most affordable home on Earth’ by utilizing bioceramic materials that are fire, earthquake, and hurricane resistant, with no metal, wood, or petrochemicals involved 00:15. This bioceramic is similar in composition to human bone and has been successfully used in critical infrastructure repair 01:02.
The construction process involves mixing powders and fibers to create a geopolymer material that boasts a compressive strength significantly higher than concrete 02:27. The design allows for rapid assembly without heavy equipment, enabling a small team to erect the structure in just a few days 05:00. The dome’s design promotes energy efficiency and adaptability, allowing homeowners to customize window configurations easily 06:10.

This website – business-heart.com – is not about “more” or “less”, but to shamelessly dis-cover the root of our collective sickness in myself.
Being together as friends, as a catalyst for effort-less positive change, always here and now.
Today (12/07) I met a new friend – Stephen, a retired therapist –, while flying from Tucson (Arizona), to San Diego (California).
It was a most delightful and inspiring flight! Not only did we take off at 11:00 and landed at 10:58, but everything we spoke about was profound and alive.
So precious and amazing, to meet a so called stranger, and to resonate so deeply and intimately.
There is more than hope to dis-cover and share that life is not about more money, excitement and future happiness.
Wisdom and love are not scary words; but how to give them inner space to freely do what ‘me’ cannot understand or control?
This website is currently a commitment device, a safe space, to not only debunk suffering, but also to gather practical pointers that will transform our dysfunctional world, starting in you me.
Being alive is a great gift and opportunity, but in my ‘own case’ it took 50+ years to wake up, to understand and dis-cover the subtle discernment within myself, that determines flow or stagnation, heaven or hell.
So embarrassing, that it took so long to see and feel the simple difference between pleasure and happiness, peace and suffering?
I am not on a mission to save the world, I don’t claim that my words are perfect, but I experience that positive change is inevitable and takes care of itself, with a little bravery.
I don’t want anything from you personally.
No money, no fame can replace or intensify the quiet joy and ‘yes’ to Life that is everyone’s birthright, here and now.
